Early Intervention Services for Infants and Toddlers

Heart and Home Support Services delivers evidence-based Early Intervention throughout Pennsylvania, specializing in developmentally appropriate, family-centered support for children from birth to age three.

Our providers work directly with families in the home or community, offering individualized guidance to strengthen communication, motor skills, sensory processing, social-emotional development, and daily routines. We collaborate closely with parents, EI Service Coordinators, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure every child receives the support they need to reach meaningful developmental milestones.
